Warranty

Snowjam Canada Inc. requires the authorized dealer to work with the customer on all valid warranty claims, except where there are no dealers within a market area. EBay/online dealers are responsible for their own customers regardless where they live. Snowjam Canada Inc. offers a limited one-year warranty from the date product is purchased from us. This warranty covers any damage caused by manufacturer’s defect. Proof of purchase is required along with return of product for authorized warranty returns.
